How to change your life and achieve your goals

PUT YOUR GOALS IN WRITINGandBEING GRATEFUL.
Many studies and research have shown how EXTREMELY IMPORTANT IT IS to put one's goals in writing and HOW THOSE WHO DO IT, ACTUALLY OBTAIN what they set out to ACHIEVE OR HAVE, so this is a very important thing
Of course, the writing MUST also be followed by "theDECIDING TO DO," "the DOING," "thePERSEVERING IN THE DOING," and "the UNCONDITIONALLY BELIEVING" that everything will turn out the way we want it to.
Let's see below how to change lives, the exact steps to put in place.
BEGIN by BRINGING A BIG GOAL: the BIGGER it is, the more it will stimulate great EMOTIONS in YOU and the more INTENSE the ACTIONS you will have to do.
The more intense the ACTIONS you will have to do TO REACH IT, the more the ENERGY will move in the direction of MAKING YOU REACH IT.
HERE'S HOW TO GO ABOUT CHANGING LIVES:
- Establish the DAILY ACTIONS necessary to achieve your GOAL.
- write them down on a sheet of paper (ESTABLISHING and WRITE them down will help you to HAVE CLARITY of INTENT, that is, of what exactly and systematically you are to do).
YOU SHOULD WRITE this list for 30 nights in a row. - Stick the list on a wall or lean it in a place you have almost continually in your sight

IMPORTANT
Always start by doing those actions that you FIND MOST DIFFICULT: this will help you grow and improve where you need it most.
Do these ACTIONS with HEART and PASSION: the ENERGY you will release will be almost MAGICAL
WHY COMPILE THE LIST IN THE EVENING?
Because while you sleep your subconscious mind will assist you in attracting to you opportunities and creative ideas apt to make sure that you succeed in centering your goals; the so-called "gasoline" needed to complete the process of "how to change your life."
If by chance one day YOU FORGET TO DO ACTIONS, then YOU SHOULD RESET the day count to start from DAY ZERO for 30 days in a row.
TO BE SURE YOU COMPLETE EVERY ACTION IN THE BEST OF WAYS, imagine that you are salaried by a person to carry them out. In this way you will ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY of doing them with utmost scupulousness. Remember that the practice of "how to change lives) requires perseverance, commitment and dedication.
HERE NOW is the other VERY IMPORTANT INGREDIENT for REACHING your GOALS: GRATITUDE.
GRATITUDE is a POWERFUL thing that can get us RIGHT WHERE WE WANT; the most important and underrated ingredient of "how to change lives."
It is unfortunately a DIFFERENT HABIT to not be thankful for WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE (even for the seemingly most insignificant things) or the NOT BEING IN ADVANCE for what WE DESERVE TO HAVE come to fruition.
I PROPOSE YOU A SIMPLE but POWERFUL Exercise to do EVERY EVENING before going to sleep:
Write down in a journal at least five things related to the day that has just ended for which you are grateful.
(This can also be things like being happy for a smile you received from a stranger; for a handshake you had; for having coffee with a friend; for seeing a beautiful sunset, etc., etc.).
Every 7 days READ ALoud everything you wrote in the week just ended.
Thanks to this exercise YOU WILL REMOVE YOURSELF from the MENTALITY of SCARITY that does not characterize WHO HAS or OBTAINS MUCH from life; you will also ATTRACT many more positive THINGS and CIRCUMSTANCES! Being grateful and manifesting exactly what you are grateful for is a very important element in the process of "how to change your life."
DO THESE TWO PRACTICES WORK?

Putting them into practice won't cost you anything, BUT NOT PUTING THEM INTO PRACTICE MAY COST YOU THE DEAR PRICE of not achieving your Dreams!!!
